  1. £30 Provides two free therapy sessions for sexually abused women.
  2. £30 Covers helpline & texting support for a month for women who suffer domestic abuse.
  3. £50 Provides the cost of printing 500 leaflets for a women’s workshop.
  4. £50 Sponsors an identified sports woman with sportswear for a whole season.
  5. £80 Provides transportation for 30 elderly women to and from their homes for week.
  6. £80 Provides ten counselling sessions for women who are suffering post-natal depression.
  7. £100 Covers the cost of a weekly project where 60 mothers learn and share tips on how to eat and live healthily while under financial pressure.
  8. £100 Covers the cost of running a weekly staffed group to support and empower women, with activities and onsite childcare provision.
  9. £250 Provides IT training for 15 women in order to increase their employability.
  10. £250 Provides venue hire for an annual workshop for single mothers.
  11. £500 Covers the cost of running a pregnancy crisis centre for a month.
  12. £500 Covers the quarterly cost of running a volunteer support programme to support vulnerable women and their families in their own homes.
  13. £1000 Covers the cost of hosting an annual women’s Being Healthy event for 200.
  14. £1000 Contribution towards a toolkit with a DVD and leaflet to help teenage mothers address their healthcare needs and the healthcare needs of their babies.
  15. £2500 Contributes to the cost of crèche expenses for a year to allow 25 women to meet on a weekly basis, attend confidence building and self esteem based activities and build up their life skills whilst having a rare break from their children.
  16. £3000 Supports parents with children under five who are facing isolation, depression, and difficulties with parenting by providing weekly drop in support sessions for six months.
  17. £4000 Supports running small workshops for women in rural areas for six months.
  18. £4000 Funds a 12 week programme targeted at socially excluded women from a refugee & asylum seeking community. These women face a number of barriers to participating in male and female programmes.
  19. £5000 Covers the cost to create a toolkit with a DVD and leaflet to help teenage mothers to address their healthcare needs of their babies and to raise awareness of healthcare professionals
  20. £5000 Proves IT equipment, training and expenses for an IT training course to build women’s confidence to return to the workplace.
  21. £5000 Provides a part time counsellor for 1 year to help domestically abused women.
  22. £10,000 Funds the creation of a new dance studio to support young women from areas of deprivation and rural isolation to access the arts and build their self confidence.
  23. £10,000 Covers the costs for 1 year to provide a sex education centre for young girls.
  24. £15,000 Provides the salary for 6 months for support workers at a Rape Crisis Centre in Glasgow.
  25. £17,500 Supports the running costs of the ‘Supporting Vulnerable Mothers and their Children’ project for a 6 months by providing emotional and counselling support along with child care to allow lone female parents suffering from mental health issues to get back into employment, education and training.
  26. £30,000 Provides confidential telephone, online and face to face counselling support to women in distress, by 45 volunteers for 3 years.
