They plan to run a new service for their existing Women?s Carers Group ? an advice and information service to encourage members to get into employment which will maximise income and develop capacity and skills. There are needs identified by BME young women that are beyond the scope of what the group facilitator can provide within the group time. They feel they need to gain knowledge and skills to develop income generating routes such as working from home and support seeking work. They plan to run this for a year to see the impact of this work.
