To engage a sessional worker to facilitate group therapy sessions and 1 to 1 counsellingfor members in crisis and helpline outwith group hours. The sessional worker will also pilot a 6 week meditation class to help decrease the need for some medications. The grant will also cover volunteer expenses for volunteers who run the library, support members on outing and do fundraising and administration. 50 people will benefit from the project. In the short term the project will allow the project to increase the level of services currently offered and in the longer term it will enable more members to return to an active life.
