To create a toolkit with a DVD and leaflet to help teenage mothers to address their healthcare needs and the healthcare needs of their babies and to raise awareness of healthcare professionals. The project aims to promote the healthcare rights of young vulnerable mothers and their babies. The tool kit willl explore things such as what to do when their child is unwell.
