To cover the cost of a ?Girls Day In? event to provide a day?s celebration of positive image of women with learning difficulties in the 21st Century. The morning session will consist of a variety of health checks. The afternoon session is the section where costs are generated. This will involve oral storytelling, costumes and props, photography and filming to redress the balance and place an emphasis on how important it is for women with learning difficulties to look good and take care of themselves, in order to improve their own wellbeing and to help them to feel valued within the wider community.
