Towards the cost of a fitness instructor, room hire, healthy lunch, programme of activities and crèche. This project will improve the quality of life for women. Some of the women coming along to the group have been living through difficult circumstances, dealing with issues such as domestic violence, physical and mental health problems, a stressful asylum claim and single parenthood.
