The cost of transport for members homes to swimming pool 25 times in year, congregational church hall, Cumnock 12 times in year, start and finishing points of local walks 13 times in year. The classes provide members within the group, the opportunity to interact with each other whilst participants in forms of exercise which will improve the strength of their bones. Also most members are 65+ age group and no public transport allows them to get to the places of exercise so they would not get any form of exercise which is vital to the condition.
