It was decided that including carers would be the best way of enabling the trip to go ahead, as paying fro dedicated BSL translators would be very expensive. The visit will include social, cultural and educational elements, namely a tour of the National Gallery looking at images of women in art; “Ghost Walk” and a tour of Edinburgh Castle to introduce the history and culture of both Edinburgh and Scotland and a social evening at a local deaf club.
