Towards the cost of training for sessional staff, publicity materials, host a local IWD event and to use innovative tools to evaluate. Benefits to the community: publicity – positive images of young women will be promoted within the community, youth workers will be offered opportunities to learn about working with young women and share good practise with workers across the area, the IWD event will allow women from across the community to meet together and learn about each others culture, young women will have more confidence and self esteem, increased positive contact with peers and youth workers, the issues of territorialism will be addressed and local youth agencies will have the opportunity to work collaboratively and share good practise.
