The grant will contribute towards the costs of the instructor for the year (£1500), who will deliver the Tuesday and Thursday sessions for 38 women. Many of the participants are affected by poor mobility and physical health, the group supports them in remaining active and leading independent lifestyles. Likewise, many of the participants are affected by social isolation, with the group providing a vital source of contact and social interaction.
