The grant will cover the costs of a sessional worker for three hours a week throughout the year (£1248), who will recruit, coordinate and provide support to the volunteers. The worker will have experience in working with volunteers and will recruit 5 new volunteers, providing monthly training sessions to develop personal skills, awareness of the issue and a knowledge of relevant sources of support. The volunteers will work closely with 15 people throughout the year to provide information and advice on preventing, reporting or seeking support for sexual exploitation. The project will be supported through venue hire (£360), volunteer costs (£200), and refreshments (£192).
