To provide social, educational, health activities for women who are often isolated within communities, raise confidence and self esteem to assist in wider intergeneration. The grant will cover the cost of keep fit classes, cultural trips and courses on food hygiene, crafts and creative painting. This will provide positive experiences for women, who are isolated in the community, encourage engagement and sharing of information and skills. 100 plus people will benefit.
