We will use this funding to deliver 1 cohort of our Resilience Project which involves 24 weeks of trauma focused counselling and 16 weeks of wellbeing group sessions. We will run a cohort which is designed specifically for woman over the age of 18 who have experienced trauma in their lives. The funding will pay for travel expenses, training and supervision for our student counsellors and volunteer group facilitator (who will also be a trauma survivor), resources for delivering the course such as arts and craft materials etc and cost to partner organisations for delivering specific workshops such as photography and nutrition (which we are not experienced to do)
