The grant will cover the cost of training courses that the women have expressed an interest in attending. The courses will either take place at the local college or trainers will come to the women at the group?s premises. The aim is to encourage the women to become more confident and self motivated to gain employment or further learning opportunities. It will also provide a group of skilled individuals to provide group workshops to others to cascade learning.
