Wellspring is seeking support to continue to offer a total of 240 therapy sessions free of charge to at least 24 women who are unable to afford to pay themselves. This free service has been offered for the last 3 years and has delivered positive benefits in building women?s confidence and self-esteem and allowing them to more forward. Demand is increasing, both for the services and for the free sessions, reflecting the economic climate and the cessation last year of counselling services previously provided by Edinburgh Women?s Aid.
