Kylie Reid is the founder of egg, one of Scotland’s largest and most engaged communities for women. What began in 2017 as a Facebook group for trusted recommendations has grown into a Scotland-wide platform connecting women through events, stories, business support, podcast conversations and community.
A professional host and MC, Kylie has led hundreds of conversations across Scotland and the UK, from intimate gatherings to major events. Through egg and Women on Top, she champions women’s confidence, visibility and connection, creating spaces where women can share stories, build networks and back themselves.
Kylie joins Feisty Gals as an ambassador because she believes in the power of women supporting women.
Her work aligns closely with our mission to support women and girls across Scotland to Heal, Thrive and Rise, especially those whose voices, confidence and opportunities have too often been underfunded or overlooked.
As a Feisty Gals ambassador, Kylie will help us grow a bold, generous community of supporters who want to see women and girls in Scotland properly backed, brilliantly connected and able to shape their own futures.
Susan Morrison has been making Scotland laugh, listen and look twice for decades. A comedian, writer, broadcaster and long-standing MC at The Stand Comedy Club, Susan has performed everywhere from Bournemouth to Berlin, bringing her unmistakable mix of wit, warmth, history and glorious side-eye to audiences across the country.
She is the presenter of BBC Radio Scotland’s Time Travels and has spent more than 20 years making radio documentaries that dig into the lesser-explored corners of Scottish history. Her subjects have included women, pirates, witches, scandal, toilets and all the excellent historical material that school textbooks tend to pretend never happened. Susan is also a published author, a weekly columnist for the Edinburgh Evening News, and chair of Previously… Scotland’s History Festival.
In 2025, Susan was awarded an honorary doctorate by Edinburgh Napier University for her services to comedy and public engagement, recognising her work in helping people connect with ideas, research and history in ways that are meaningful, memorable and frequently very funny.
Susan joins Feisty Gals as an ambassador because she believes women’s stories matter: the loud ones, the hidden ones, the complicated ones, the funny ones and the ones history tried to shove in a cupboard. Her work aligns beautifully with our mission to support women and girls across Scotland to Heal, Thrive and Rise.
Away from the stage and microphone, Susan has two grown-up children, a very patient husband, a suspiciously detailed interest in the sinking of the RMS Titanic, and a self-confessed lack of talent for housework, apart from ironing, which she inexplicably enjoys. We are not here to judge. Much.
