We are very pleased to hear that Women on Wheels hosted a successful evening for the Women’s Cycling Forum 2015, on Saturday 13th June in Edinburgh’s Teviot Row House.
The evening was filled with networking and discussion, brain storming ideas of how to ‘build a better world’ for cycling. The women received some inspiration from their guest speakers; Carol Botten from Playing Out and Ceris Aston from No More Page Three.
The women created a new initiative, The Build a Better World Bingo Challenge #BaBWBingo. This will be an effective whilst fun way for the women to help make cycling accessible for everyone with some simple and some not so simple challenges. All completed actions will be recorded online to help increase awareness.
The Women’s Fund for Scotland is proud to have contributed to Women on Wheels- Build a better world and wish all the women good luck with #BaWBingo. We look forward to hearing how they get on.
