This project would provide training and paid work experience for 6 women in an area characterised by low wages and unskilled part time employment opportunities. The aim of the project is to enable these women to build on existing knowledge and skills and gain the confidence to go on to access further training opportunities eg SVQs o improve employment prospects. Administration and other costs eg photocopying would be met by the playgroup.
