The grant would cover the cost of; training facilitators (1,050), programme materials and workbooks (£480), facilitators? fees for delivery (£1,440), project support worker (£1,200) Admin support (£300) and volunteer travel expenses (£200). No Feart would train three women as facilitators who have taken part in a Freedom Programme course. They would deliver 3 rounds of the 12-week Freedom Programme; starting January, April and August with 8 women on each course. The project would also provide supported volunteering opportunities and work experience. 30 people would benefit from the project. The temporary Project Support Worker would enable No Feart to respond to applicants quicker and more effectively as they would co-ordinate the referral, assessment and ‘moving on’ programme of support. 24 women would benefit.
