£5,000 to go towards core costs of employee salaries to mitigate the impact that the deferral of the City of Edinburgh Council contract could have on the organisation during the pandemic, ensuring funds are available to pay salaries which are vital to reaching vulnerable families impacted by Covid19 . The contract is now due to start on 1st of July 2020 and supports core costs such as contribution towards the Project Manager salary as well as the salary costs of the Family Support Worker, Early Years Practitioner and Outreach Worker. The contract will now start on the 1st of July 2020. These roles are crucial to delivering resources to families in need as well as providing the mental health and well-being support to women and children.
