Project Description:
The applicant is requesting grant monies to cover the costs of running several, online wellbeing courses for women aged 18 and above. The project will be entitled ?Coming Home to Ourselves? and will feature a series of 10 online foundational workshops running from March 2022 and lasting 2 hours each for 10 women in Scotland who are experiencing a social, economical or other disadvantages. Project activities will be free of charge and over the course of 10 weeks, the women will acquire foundational tools of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and experience role modelling of what makes a space safe in order to support authentic communication. The project will be delivered by an experienced staff member at the organisation who is equipped with professional qualifications relating to holistic therapy and counselling. Wee Retreat anticipate that 10 women will stand to benefit from project activities.
Budget:
This grant application represents a request of £1,970.00. The breakdown of this grant request is as follows:
