To organise a local IWD event for the women of Leith and surrounding areas to celebrate diversity and unity whilst promoting positive mental health and well-being. The grant shall be used to enable over 7 small local agencies, who all work with vulnerable children and families, to have the opportunity to work together to organise and hold a local international women’s day event for local women. This is an opportunity to not only bring women together but also to bring together different generations in the area all working together to create, take part and attend this event.
