Towards the cost of printing, staff costs, admin and seminar to launch materials to raise awareness of the causes, extent and impact of commercial sexual exploitation with a particular focus of the harm caused to women through prostitution. A considerable amount of misinformation is produced by the sex industry, representing prostitution as free choice and a lucrative form of employment for women. As a result many individuals and services do not have a clear understanding of the cause, extent and impact of prostitution. They aim to improve understanding, which in turn will lead to greater confidence in dealing with this issue and so more helpful approaches to this issue. They anticipate that this will include preventative work, public education on effects and improved access to services.
