To finance a mindful living event and a 6 week mindfulness training programme for women with caring roles in Tayside and an instructional stress management DVD which will be made available to community groups.

To cover the cost of producing a booklet of personal reflections created by an ESOL group who will have discussed what it means to be a woman in today’s world.

To pay for catering, publicity, travel costs, workshop materails and an artist’s fee for an international women’s day event.
